Having wonderful time! Everyone is so pleasant!

Someone checked in my 2d week. I really enjoyed staying at your resort. It was peaceful until the Buffalo moved in below. Today is Monday and he started at 8 o’clock last night pounding slamming doors whatever the heck you were going through. He kept me up till 1230 midnight that is ridiculous. I hesitated on calling Security because he seems volatile please. I’m gonna try to take a nap today. Hopefully he won’t be making a bunch of noises here or she I don’t know who it is, but I don’t understand why people run around like this knowing there’s people above them sharing walls. It’s so rude. Never do that to anyone.

Everything has been great! Room is awesome and clean, amenities are great, and service for check in was great as well. Jaime and Ikaika did a great job. The only thing that could be better is that in our unit 604, the bathroom window shades don’t close fully, so some bugs have been getting into the bathroom.

This resort is wonderful and so are all of the amenities. We love our unit, the grounds are well kept, the staff is friendly, the pool is clean, and the location is perfect. No complaints.
