The 18th Annual Best of the Best – an event that honors and celebrates Grand Pacific Resorts’ ‘BE EPIC’ champions – was held in February and one of our own took the stage. Grand Pacific recognizes the Associates from each resort who embody our BE EPIC values of Balance, Empowerment, Enthusiasm, Passion, Integrity and Consistency.

Heu’ionalani, who works in Housekeeping, has such a pleasant and positive attitude, always does her job with a smile, and truly believes in teamwork at the Makai Club Resort. We are proud of you Heu’ionalani – well deserved!

Makai Club Resort was also named 2016 Resort of the Year at the Best of the Best – it was such an amazing and proud moment for Team Makai! This achievement is the highest among the portfolio of resorts managed by Grand Pacific Resorts and is an outstanding accomplishment for all Associates who made this possible!
