Wonderful place to stay with beautiful garden views, birds, and colourful lizards. Very friendly, accommodating staff providing excellent info about the area. Apartments are well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal.

I definitely recommend the resort for anyone looking for a Kauai getaway! The staff are amazing, and the hotel is fantastic. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, and the resort has everything we need for a great vacation. The unit is cleaned extremely well, great A/C and amenities, and everything stocked for the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable, and having quiet hours helps us wind down after a long day and rest easy.

What a beautiful resort! Makai Club is such a lovely place, with gorgeous, well-maintained grounds and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the resident kitties! They were such a sweet little bonus and added even more charm to the property. I also want to give a special shout-out to Kiki, who did a wonderful job cleaning our room! I just love the towel animals. Everything was so nice and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our time at Makai Club and would absolutely love to come back!

We love the space and the amenities. The only downside would be the bugs. But nothing crazy no bedbugs or other attacking bugs. So other than that everything’s been great.

The mattress of the pull out sofa had a huge patch of black mold on it. My husband took a photo.
The cupboard in the bathroom also has a large mold spot on the right side (under the sink), the cups in the cupboard of the kitchen smell like mildew.
I am shocked.

As an owner, we’re always given five star treatment! Our unit was cleaned, comfortable and surpassed all of our needs. The staff was also great always available to answer any questions. The biggest surprise is that we had a Keurig coffee maker waiting in our room per our request! Thank you to all of the staff that made our stay very enjoyable!
