Great resort with attentive staff. Nice private units with veranda to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Well equipped kitchen in case you want to prepare some meals on your own.

Everyone has been very responsive to any request. We love the privacy that our unit offers. Nice, quiet veranda to enjoy coffee and a drink in the afternoon.

Very humid in the unit and the construction was overwhelming. The pool was very cold.
Make sure all of the dishes were clean. All of the dishes in our unit were dirty.

BED BUGS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS U WANT BED BUGS!!!! Stayed here for Xmas and slept in pants all but 1 night, that morning I woke up covered in dozens of bed bugs bites. The manager “investigated” but really did absolutely NOTHING, on top of that the front desk was extremely rude when we called and the manager told us how she knew that they were rude but again did NOTHING. Then waited weeks to contact us even tho she said she would be in touch in a few days since they covered my daughters legs with bites, they were 100% bed bugs as the mattress had bed bug stains and the bites started to ooze yellow. They waited weeks to then try and deny the bed bugs that are for sure all over that place. Currently in the legal process of filing against them in court. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS U WANT BED BUGS!!!!

here needs to be a serious upgrade to the internet service. When my wife and I were both on our computers, the service would drop to a crawl during the late afternoon and evening. This tells me there isn't enough available bandwidth servicing the network.

We love it here and cannot wait to come back soon. Had we known about extra weeks, we would have stayed longer. Hopefully you will offer this option for owners in the future.
