nothing! service and communication was exceptional even before our arrival as i had some special request and someone was always available right away.
their welcoming full polite and aloha welcoming, all info provided at check in! events and local restaurants was a perk.

Great service

We are loving our stay! It’s our first time on the north side near Princeville and close to many activities. The condo is perfect and it’s nice and quiet at night.

Not sure of anything else that could reasonably be done
The Princeville location was prime for beaches, walks, shopping, dining, and most importantly the wonderful vistas.

This was not an adequate place to stay for our vacation. The condo was full of mold and mildew. The ceiling had a huge bubble that was full of mildew and water damage. The curtains were ripped, the shower curtain was not on the shower and the staff was friendly but did not have management available to help us so we had to leave. They offered a Lysol and ozone machine but that is not something you want while you are staying at a resort. This significantly disrupted our 30th anniversary trip. We have yet to receive reimbursement for this vacation. We had to leave.
The associates were friendly but did not help us to receive new accommodations. We were unable to speak to management after several requests. I would not recommend this resort
The internet did not work and we had to login to a different room to get internet. The room as dirty and full of mold and mildew and overall not good

We were well taken care of, especially when I accidentally left some luggage behind.
The accommodations were very comfortable.

Quiet and peaceful. Love the lush vegetation outside our window and lanai. Friendly and helpful staff.
