Great place to stay, clean, close to everything on northern Kuai. We stayed 7 nights. Only complaint is they only provide 2 laundry detergents regardless of length of stay.

If I had to pick something...I would say, the parking is a little cramped and the pool is very basic in comparison to other resorts. But, none of these things are complaints-just observations.
The ease of access to everything! Parking next to the building, the clean grill area (we were room 710), and location to areas of interest.

The pull out bed wasn’t the most comfortable for our guests. I know the things aren’t the best but we did upgrade the one in our home and it is amazing. So it can be done.
We loved the quiet location. And sitting on the lanai with the birds singing.

One week upon arrival told us LAST minute that there would be construction on site after spending $1,000+ here. Did not give any discount and reservation specialist said “you can cancel,” making us scramble last minute for another place. HORRIBLE experience, do not book here!

Too hot!!! Also our toilet seems to keep filling itself, so it’s wasting water. Just an FYI. Over all, 10/10!! So glad our daughter told

Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful! Our condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable with lush views out every window. We feel lucky to have found the friendly and unpretentious Makai Club!
