Anticiiated better discount on the Makai Course.

We have had a wonderful time. Accommodation's are very comfortable with plenty of space for all four of us. The office staff have been friendly, kind and helpful.

Friendly check-in staff. Well maintained grounds. Pool and hot tub are small (normal house size) but not crowded. (A few tiles missing in pool area). Great quiet location overall. Condos are older but well cared for. We did have an electrical issues in the unit we stayed in (801). Had only 4 stairs in front ( back porch was handicapped accessible). Lemons available in front of condo doors!

The hide-a-bed in 810 is starting to exhibit wear (you can really feel it). Not sure if that would be fixed by a mattress replacement or if the unit is ready to be replaced.
The overall feeling that the staff really cares about the guests. We come often, and always feel welcomed.

Maybe offer late check out when needed. We had to be out by 10:00 am and our flight did not leave until 10:55pm so we had a full day to do something but no where to clean up before travel.

Makai Club is located on the north side of Kauai in Princevillle. This location is close to some of the best beaches on the island including the famous Hanalei Bay. Although we didn’t see Puff the Magic Dragon we had a great experience. The Makai Club staff were excellent and they had lots of free items to make our trips to the beaches more enjoyable. I didn’t have time to go golfing this trip but the resort is located next to the Makai Golf club.
